SAC-5m-C of Ege Test Center and Global EMC; a 5m EMC compliant test facility; It is the perfect solution for users who want to measure at 3m or 5m test distances. The room is designed for both emission and immunity testing. The self-standing steel structure and modular steel trench provide a fast and efficient construction process. High performance GF 102 ferrite tiles and pyramidal Hybrid Absorbers are used to achieve optimum performance. This offers a cost-effective solution since the room can be used for a variety of standards to offer a multifunctional solution to your testing requirements, and can also be used as a 3m measuring-distance chamber for larger EUTs in time.

RS103 Test

RS103 Test

The RS103 test carried out by the Ege Test Center under MIL-STD 461 Standards is of great importance in the military field.

RS103 Test is a test performed at the frequency of 2 MHz – 40 GHz with the Sensitivity, Electric Field through Radiation, alternatively it can be performed by echo chamber method. The details of the mode setting method are provided with details about the calibration as standard. The method has some significant advantages, but there are limitations in determining where the sensitivity enters the EUT. For example, IEC 61000-4-21 is included in these standards.

For the products used in the military field, the product to be tested in the RS103 Test according to MIL-STD 461 Standard can be applied to the electric field up to 200V / m.During this test, the electrical immunity of the product is tested.

10m Metering Compliant EMC Test Chamber

The Ege Test Center and Global EMC’s semi-anechoic 10m Measuring Distance-compliant EMC test facility provides the perfect solution for users who want to measure from a test distance of 10m. The room is designed for both emission and immunity testing. The self-standing steel structure is an important factor in easy construction. Two options are available depending on the test requirements. SAC-10m-LP uses 2-mm-long GSD-CAH2000 Pyramid absorbers without ferrite tiles and uses either the SAC-10m-FH combination of high-performance GF 102 ferrite tiles and pyramidal hybrid absorbers to achieve optimum performance.

The Ege Test Center and Global EMC’s high-performance shielded doors are one of the most basic parts of any Faraday cage or screened room. The door is carefully designed and manufactured by Ege Test Center and Global EMC to ensure maximum performance and availability. Thanks to the unique design of the almost zero friction mechanism, the sealing level of all doors is at the highest level. Our high-performance door (HPD7000) has gained industry recognition. The standard door height of 1 Meter and 2 Meters width can vary depending on the purpose and the location to be installed.

CISPR 25 Automotive Vehicle Testing Facility

Ege Test Center and Global EMC’s CISPR12 / 25-V, CISPR12 / 25-10m-V automotive test facility are designed specifically to meet the requirements of the EN55025 / CISPR 25 test and for automotive testing. This room is also suitable for immunoassays according to ISO 11452-2. CISPR12 / 25 Vehicle chambers are designed and manufactured to exact requirements but come in two sizes as standard. The CISPR12 / 25-V is for smaller vehicles using a measuring distance of 3 meters. The CISPR12 / 25-10m-V is large enough to fit most vehicle sizes and uses a measuring distance of 10 meters.

Application area;

The test application areas of the room are to carry out emitted emissions in accordance with EN55025 / CISPR 25 and to test immunity according to ISO 11452-2. The compartment is used to test the electronic sub-assemblies of receivers mounted on the vehicle.

Tempest Shielded Room

Tempest Shielded Room

The RF / EMI Tempest chamber, which we set up and designed with Global EMC, is a security room that can be produced and designed in any size or shape to suit your building. The room creates a working environment where communication is safe and electromagnetic signals outside the room are weakened. In this way, you maximize the sealing of all the devices in your room.

The shielded room is specifically designed for Tempest applications and the typical frequency range of the tempest chamber is 10 kHz to 18 GHz, but can be expanded between 1 kHz and 86 GHz if necessary.

The protection on the walls is a casing of all walls, ceilings and floor coverings. This protected housing provides excellent performance. They are seated with bolted flanges and foldable at the edges of each panel. To create a high-performance electromagnetic seal, a double-wire mesh gasket is placed between each flange and special filters are installed to meet the user’s requirements.
